Quick Care, Express Care: Quality health care that meets your immediate needs

For common ailments and minor injuries, Baylor Family Medicine offers two ways to get the quality care you need today. Quick Care at our Kirby location and Express Care at our Main Street location both offer expedited quality care for minor illnesses and injuries with the exception of routine prevention or chronic disease care.

Quick Care

The next time illness or injury interrupts your life, think Quick Care and call 713.798.7700.

  • Staffed by licensed physician assistants trained to diagnose and treat you and your family while working under the supervision of our physicians
  • Available to all current Baylor Family Medicine patients over the age of 2, and new patients between the ages of 2 and 59
  • Set up to handle same-day appointment scheduling. (Walk-in visits are available but limited.)

Location: 3701 Kirby Dr., Suite 100 (enter on Norfolk Avenue).

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8 - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 - 4 p.m.
Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Express Care Center

The Baylor Clinic Express Care Center is another convenient option for members of the Baylor College of Medicine family or employees of Texas Children's Hospital and Rice University. Call 713-798-WELL (9355) for an appointment today.

  • Access to treatment when your primary care physician is not available
  • Open to any patient over the age of 12
  • Staffed by BCM faculty physicians and a licensed physician assistant
  • Referrals for further evaluation and treatment if necessary

Location: 6620 Main St., 12th Floor, Suite 1250.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Wednesday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
