NOTE: There is a scheduling deposit fee of $60 that is required to book your Women's Center appointment. This scheduling deposit fee will be directly applied to your co-pay or medical expenses on the day of your appointment. Refund of the scheduling deposit fee will be made only if we receive notification at least five business days prior to your appointment.
