All Baylor College of Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology (BCM OB/GYN) physicians seeing patients at Baylor Clinic will relocate to the new Texas Children's Pavilion for Women and begin seeing current and future patients starting Monday, November 7.

Who does this change impact?
Beginning November 7, it impacts all patients at Baylor Clinic who see their physicians in Gynecology, Obstetrics, Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Fetal Center, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI/IVF), Urogynecology or Vulvovaginal Health.
Who is not impacted by this change?
Patients seen at Texas Children's Hospital for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, BCM OB/GYN - Texas Children's community clinic locations in The Woodlands and Northwest Houston and at Ben Taub General Hospital will continue to see their physicians at these locations.

If I need to be admitted to a hospital, will it now be Texas Children's Hospital?
No. Most adult inpatient care, including deliveries, will take place at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. In spring 2012 inpatient care will begin at the Pavilion for Women. Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology inpatient care will continue to be provided at Texas Children's Hospital.
Does the Pavilion for Women offer more than maternity care?
Yes. The following services will be provided at the Pavilion for Women:
- General Gynecology
- General Obstetrics
- Gynecologic Oncology
- Urogynecology
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
- In Vitro Fertilization
- Vulvovaginal Health
Where is the Pavilion for Women located?
The Pavilion for Women is located at 6651 Main St., Houston, TX 77030 across from Baylor Clinic.
What is the new phone number for BCM OB/GYN?
Our new phone number is 832-826-7500.
Where in the Pavilion for Women will my physician's office be located?
Maternal-Fetal Medicine and The Fetal Center are on the 4th floor, Suite F410 in the Pavilion for Women.
All other obstetrics and gynecology offices are on the 3rd floor, Suite F320 in the Pavilion for Women.
Where can I park at the Pavilion for Women?
You will find the entrance for valet and self-parking on Main Street next to the main entrance.
How will this affect my MyChart account?
The information in your Baylor Clinic MyChart account cannot be transferred to the Texas Children's electronic medical records system. You will need to create a new Texas Children's MyChart account for your OB/GYN medical records.
Patients with appointments at the Pavilion for Women will receive a secure email with a Texas Children's MyChart activation code and instructions. Be sure to activate your Texas Children's MyChart account before your first appointment.
Patients without a scheduled appointment at the Pavilion for Women may request a new Texas Children's MyChart account through an online request form.
Will my current OB/GYN MyChart records be transferred to the new OB/GYN MyChart?
The information in your Baylor Clinic MyChart account cannot be transferred to the Texas Children's electronic medical records system.
Who do I call if I have questions about my new TCH MyChart account?
Call 1.877.361.0111 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for assistance with your TCH MyChart account.
Why am I being asked to complete a new patient questionnaire before my first appointment at the Pavilion for Women?
The information in your Baylor Clinic MyChart account cannot be transferred to the Texas Children's electronic medical records system. To ensure your up-to-date medical history is on file for your upcoming appointment, a patient questionnaire may need to be completed in your new Texas Children's MyChart account.
What happens if I don't complete a new questionnaire before my appointment?
An incomplete patient questionnaire may delay your appointment.
Can I still use my Baylor Clinic MyChart account?
You may continue to use your Baylor Clinic MyChart account for all other Baylor Clinic physicians. These physicians remain ready and available to serve the health care needs not provided by your OB/GYN physician.
Will my insurance coverage be affected after the move?
Your insurance coverage will not be affected by the move.
If I write a check, who shall it be payable to?
Checks should be payable to Texas Children's Physician Services Organization (TCPSO).
Will my physician still be affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine?
All BCM OB/GYN physicians will continue to be Baylor College of Medicine faculty.
